All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The full price, including any delivery charge, is shown before you pay. Tracked UK delivery is free on orders of £39 or more; otherwise it is £3.95.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We deliver to UK addresses only. See Shipping.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 60-day guarantee and free size swap are extra to this. See Returns.

Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Safe use

No harness or lead can promise a dog will never get out. Fit the harness as the fit card shows, check the buckles and clips before each walk, and stop using any part that is worn or damaged.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
